Hmmm... someone just informed me of how to show a tool-tip in Firefox. However, it doesn't show the full text yet* (edit: at least on my machine -- must be something about my system or Firefox configuration) -- for longer amounts of text. Perhaps I can figure out a way to do that as well. But, at least this might prevent my having to do all that extra iamge creation work.
I only added the modification to Darius' avatar in the html map so far.
* EDIT: the way to tell whether all the text shows in the tool-tips is that the monster and warrior tooltips will usually show at the end of the text the number of Wounds left versus starting Wounds as: "Current Wounds/Starting Wounds" each of these represented by a number. For instance a healthy Minotaur would have this text completing its tooltip info: "Wounds 15/15".

Seeing no way to get past the Orc to her wounded comrade, Tabatha lashes out with her hammer in frustration - and much to her surprise strikes a vital spot - dropping the filthy creature.

John Doe has learned the Orc monster form! (which he chose isntead of the Centaur form)
REMEMBER that in monster form the Changeling does NOT get do do death-blows, but he (unlike the monsters he immitates) DOES get to use his attacks on separate enemies (like the LARGE MONSTER monster special rule). Of course, the orc form only has one attack.
I need Captain Dread's 1D6 roll to see if he gains extra gold from the one kill he had. 
If he rolls a 5 or 6, then please roll another 1D6 to determine the number by which to multiply (x the 55g of the orc).
It appears that we haven't covered in the Pirate's rules yet what type of armour (if any) that the Pirate can wear. For now, I will assume that he can use anything that an Elf can use, except those items of armour restricted only to Elves. I think perhaps that a similar rule should apply to non-armour treasure, except that the Pirate may use any gun and any type of crossbow whereas the Elf cannot. I wonder though whether the Pirate should NOT be able to use bows.... (as a further means of showing how un-elflike he is)?
What do you think Cutlass?
EDIT: I edited the comments about what forms the CHangeling has learned, because I forgot that he can only learn one form per combat -- silly me!

Additional treasure roll for orc. (1d6.extra(5)=7)
The code added the dice together so that's a 5 and a 2.
Do we get treasure as well?
As for the treasure & armour rules: fine by me. I'm going over the pirate document now but everything seems good so far.
Firefox: one can always rightclick on an image and choose "properties" to see the tool-tip...

Captain dread gets an extra 55 gold for killing that one orc! I think he might get rich quickly if he survives.
There are three treasures listed in the turn text. I am copying them here as well. Captain Dread needs to decide who gets them.
Combat Over!
Treasure:
(one roll on Chris Taylor's New Treasures tables)
Horn of Shielding - 500 gold. Once per adventure, may be blown to give the Warriors a shield that protects them from any blow unless a natural 6 is rolled to hit. This lasts one turn. (Anyone may use this horn.)
(then a 2D6 roll of 12 = two rolls on the Treasure Tome, )
Light Scythe (BEW) - 10 gold. Normal damage. (Anyone may use - I think)
Iron Cross Helmet (BDE) - 200 gold. +1 T; Each time a blow against your warrior hits, roll 1D6. On a natural roll of six, that blow is deflected. However, on a roll of one, this helmet is damaged, and must be discarded. (Anyone except Darius may use it.)
Treasure Turn: anyone

thanks for the Scythe.
As for the monster forms, I could only learn 1 form per combat if I read the original rules right.
Of course, I tend to see a single combat as the initial group and anything that else that gets added till everything is dead :P
If I do need to drop a form, I'd vote for dropping the centaur.
While alot more interesting to keep then the Orc, it was also on a different board section(assuming you could that as too far away)

You are correct, Ravage mk2 - I had forgotten one of the Changeling's rules -- as for only learning one new form per combat.

So, it is your choice, and it should be based upon which type of monster form the Changeling would want to learn. There is nothing preventing the learning of either the Orc or the Centaur monster forms.
EDIT: I treat the recent two monster events as only one combat just like you do.

I don't think it's my turn at the moment, and I can only do Hand of Healing while adjacent & it's my turn?
Nontheless I'll roll for it now (4) in anticipation & I'll spend my turn moving adjacent to Darius (though I imagine he'll be moving next to me in his turn anyway).

It is actually the end of the turn -- Reaction Phase -- is for healing generally.
Also, Tabatha may use this skill to heal herself. She was lacking 2 wounds before the use of the skill. She doesn't have to be adjacent to herself, since she is herself. (just a little joke)
Also, Darius already moved. It isn't anyone's turn at this point in the Round. It is Reaction Phase. Maybe next turn (turn #10) Darius and Tabatha can work out his healing.
I don't read anywhere that the Hand of Healing thing must be used during the sister's turn. Here is a quote from her rules on how to use the Hand of Healing skill:

The skill allows the sister to heal either herself or an adjacent Warrior, restoring 1D6 wounds at the end of each Warrior Phase. There must be no Monsters on the Board section for the skill to work. If, however, the Heal Roll comes up a 1, the treatment has aggravated the situation, and the recipient loses 1D6 wounds, instead of gaining any!
The end of the warrior phase in this type of gameplay would be the Reaction Phase (since this skill only works when no monsters are on the board) -- which phase I think was added for online play to help accomodate these things.
