Combat Over!
Combat Over! Need Thwack!'s Monster/Gold rolls.
The treasure is actually a Treasure Map this time.
Treasure Map A partially destroyed map that indicates great treasure. As each room is entered, roll a D6: 1-5 = not the treasure room, 6 = The treasure horde is hidden here. After all encounters are dealt with, the Warriors discover a treasure horde, roll 3 times on the Treasure Chart, and resolve an event card immediately upon looting it.
This will not be treated as treasure until (and if) it actually leads to treasure -- menaing that only the treasure found as a result of this map will count against the warriors' turns to receive treasure.

My fellows, it seems that waiting outside the door hasn't protected us very much.... Perhaps, once my mana is increased a little, we should go ahead and carefully enter the room.
Hulda's mana is currently 2. She needs at least 4 to cast one spell. She does also have the option of breaking her Spite Stones to gain BL mana from each one (currently only 1 for 1). This is why she hasn't thrown any of them at the mean monsters.

Re: Chat & Orders
Provided I'm correct, should be 6 snotlings & 2 Stormvermin.
So
Snotlings: (3, 4, 3, 6, 3, 1)
StormVermin: (3, 2)
So that's 1 snotling & 1 Stormvermin to distribute between the others.
If my rolls are wrong, feel free to creatively interpret them as you will.

Using Fist Spike.
Reaction 1: attack W,E,E (1d6,1d6=[6], [6], 1d6,1d6=[2], [6], 1d6,1d6=[6], [3])
Snotlings E, W & W from me are dead.
Reaction 2: attack N, N, N. (1d6,1d6=[4], [4], 1d6,1d6=[5], [5], 1d6,1d6=[4], [5])
All dead.
Victor crushes all opposition in a frantic flurry of spike attacks.

Trying to escape pinning from the snotling(5+): 4, not breaking free.
Attack vs the Snotling then:
To hit(2+): 4, dead snotling.
ooc: (will we EVER venture into the next room at this rate? :P)

Re: Chat & Orders
This is one of those sticky details in Warhammer Quest: fighting around corners.
I think I should probably allow that you are not pinned by that Snotling. Also that you could not attack that Snotling diagonally with Thwack! in the way unless you were using a weapon that attacks in ranks.
Therefore, you may give movement orders and choose which monster (a Snotling I am sure) you have already slain and then proceed with your death-blow if appropriate.

Re: Chat & Orders
My original plan was to get next to Hulda and take care of those 2 snotlings.
As I can now implement that plan, I'll move to the square S of Hulda and kill the Snotling to her direct W.(NW from Jame's view.)
I will roll the to hit for the DB on the remaining Snotling at that end.
To hit is still 2+: 3, a hit and thus dead.
And now there really ARE no more targets to hit

Re: Chat & Orders
OOPS! I forgot about the portcullis! That last rat (farthest North) shouldn't be there (I don't think); but anyway, I will go ahead and let Victor kill it since I let the monsters threaten the warriors from where they shouldn't have been.
Oh man! I also had Thwack! go out of turn. I made an error in not deleting his name from some treasure info text I think.

Re: Chat & Orders
So, now we need Thwack!'s dice roll for the one snotling's gold.
Treasure: Razor Arrows (2x) 100 gold each. +3 wounds when rolling for damage against targets with no armor.
Treasure Turn: Victor or Thwack!

"Victor, if we ever find a bow down here, you'll at least have plenty of ammo"
With that remark, James hands the Razor arrows to Victor.
"Let's hope you guys get healed up enough before something else shows up. I wouldn't mind getting out of this tunnel and having a bit more room"
staying put for at least this turn (more if the others want to heal up)

Re: Chat & Orders
If I read your dice rolls correctly, Cutlass, the first attack only wounds the Gobbo (1+3 Str = 4 - 3T = 1 wound and Goblins have 2 Wounds).

Moving East x2 , NE and N
OR East x3 and N if I can't pass Thwack diagonally.
"Pray to whatever gods you worship...it won't save you from MINE! BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!" James shouts as he tries his best to get closer to the green ones.
ooc: doubt I'll actually reach the Goblins before Thwack, but still
ooc2: at this rate, we may well NEVER get out of this blasted corridor, lol.

Re: Chat & Orders
Yes you can poss other models diagonally as long as there is no solid corner or object to block the movement. Passing by Thwack! NW diagonally wouldn't be allowed because of the hard corner adjacent to him. Passing by Thwack! SE diagonally would even be allowed with a warrior or a monster diagonally adjacent to him.
Some small obstructions, such as a vase or a treasure chest may be passed by in a similar manner.

Re: Chat & Orders
Another blatant miscalculation there, oops.
Next attacks are better:
Attack on gobbo archers (1d6,1d6=[5], [5], 1d6,1d6=[5], [5], 1d6,1d6=[4], [5])
Thats 3 down while Victor moves 1 step North.

Re: Chat & Orders
Changes will be coming to my message board I think. See this topic: Nudging, Updating, & CHANGES COMING
Nudging Thwack!... I sure hope SD is okay.
Thwack! charges the goblins and easily slays three with only half of his strength (only 1 attack needed).
Three Goblin arrows fly, but only one hits a warrior; yet, it only falls harmlessly off of James' tough armour.
MORE GOBLINS!
Five will attack Hulda, five will attack James and one will attack Victor. They are being placed according to the normal rules for Unexpected Events when the party is split up between board sections.
Hulda is thinking of using a Ray of Spite if the situation looks too desperate.

Re: Chat & Orders
Assuming these new goblins have WS 2 or 3, I will scre a hit on a 4+(frenzy penalty counted in)
Damage rolls of 2 or more will be lethal.
Attack 1/3 vs Goblin to James' south:
To hit: 4, hit
Damage roll: 3, dead
DB to SW Goblin:
To hit: 2, miss
Attack 2/3 vs SW goblin:
To hit: 4, hit
Damage roll: 6
DB to W Goblin:
To hit: 6, hit
Damage roll: 1 (leaving it at 1 W)
3/3 vs the W goblin:
To hit: 3, a miss.

Private Game -- Time to prepare for Webquest
THIS GAME IS NOW PRIVATE -- only the players can view this game forum. We need to decide the future of our beloved warriors.
I do not anticipate SpinningDice's and Aecrylis return to gameplay in this forum -- at least not on a consistent basis. I will give them until the 15th of August as stated in another forum to let us know that they are going to continue playing hear and/or in Webquest.
In the meantime, I would like Cutlass' and Ravage mk2's opinion.
Would you like to have this game exported to Webquest? If we do this, then we would need two more players. I would invite the two of you (one as Pit Fighter and the other as a Barbarian{?} I think -- but will be tweaked into a CW). Then the other two players could create a Witch to replace Hulda and an Ogre (another tweaked warrior -- perhaps a Barbarian as well).
OR,
Should we just replace the game with an entirely new one? We could also allow the other two to be replaced with entirely new warriors -- making sure that one is a healer.
It doesn't matter too much to me either way. But, I cannot continue all the games here and get much involved in Webquest as well.
If SpinningDice and/or Aecrylis return, here is the topic to read in the Private Webquest forum:
Instructions for New Comers -- Trying and Joining Webquest Please remember that Webquest is to remain a secret.]Instructions for New Comers -- Trying and Joining Webquest[/url] Please remember that Webquest is to remain a secret.
Please keep in mind that Webquest usually is not as tolerant as I have been with absent players. It provides an easy method for warriors to become adopted -- which is quite nice. Some players have gotten more than their allowed warrior slots by this means.

Re: Chat & Orders
Again, while preserving my character would be prefered,I would have little objection moving to webquest with new stuff.
It WOULD be a damn shamn not to use that Axe and Chalice combo vs something nice and big
I'm assuming Webquest has Chaos Warrior Coding planned soon?

I really don't know about the CW yet.... I hope it is in the works, but I think Bruno and Cutlass would like to have more input from the players as to what warriors they want to add.

Indeed we would. I don't know how to do it yet. We'll need some extra opinions in the new character threads.
If I recall correct, some players aren't keen on chaos warriors.
Annyway, I'm game.

Continuing the Game (sort of) with Cutlass and Ravage_mk2
Assuming the two of you want to proceed, here's the plan: We will go to a new game in Webquest, but Cutlass and Ravage_mk2 will keep their warriors. We will accomplish this in the same manner as in Attitude Adjusters -- by inviting you two. The new game will be "Active Adventurers" .
Ravage_mk2, please create a Bretonnian Knight, but choose the avatar you want for the Chaos Warrior. Also, if you can fit "CW" into his name that might be good, but I understand the name itself may not fit the allowed number of letters. Remember that you can always add more description in your character's bio. So, if nothing else, please put Chaos Warrior" early in the bio.
The reason I say Bret. Knight is that all his special stuff is coded as items that I can delete, which cuts down on confusion and clutter.
However, I noticed that your slots are already full....
Cutlass, can you grant Ravage_mk2 a couple slots for these imports (Attitude Adjusters and this game)? If not, we can wait for him to host a game.
