Important Question!
I have played in games GM'd by you and will probably do so in the future also.
However I have yet to see a single cookie yet!!! How can I asure the happiness of any halfling characters that may join your games with the severe lack of cookies that abounds?
I am at my wits end please may I have an answer soon.

Ah yes, the cookie question. 
It is indeed a decidedly important issue and deserves the most careful and thorough answer by a relatively young GM (WQ ID not withstanding) in Webquest.
Though my random treasure tools (found in the RPB & Phil's "The Treasure Tome") do not seem to provide such goodies as often as the Halfling might require, I think that there might be a soft place in my homemade-cookie-ing heart that would allow me to make sure that cookies do find there way into the occasional treasure stash. Maybe I should say, if the rats don't eat them first.
Perhaps a halfling type could make extra halfling-hungry-like sounds to remind the fates that cookies are definitely in order, and the GM ("god of machinations") would be able to arrange such bountiful rewards.
I mean, what is an adventure without cookies but a cookie-less nightmare. Thanks for bringing this matter to my attention.
