Testing Board Section and Monster Sizes
This map is made up out of thin air. No real party of warriors I know is having to face all of this at once, though it is certainly possible. This map is here to test how this 75% size of table-top WQ will work here for viewing in zoom maps. I think that this is likely to be the largest zoom map I would be likely to use.
Anyone feel free to comment on whether you think this will work. I must be considerate of those that have slower connection speeds -- if there are any that are playing in my games. This particular map is approximately 120 KB, which I don't think is too bad.
THese warriors are in a heap of trouble! So far they only know about what is on their side of the closed door.
This first picture is with manipulation of the corridor to save space for viewing. The seoncd one (in the reply below) takes into account a scenario where the corridor goes straight out from the objective room. Notice how the second one stretches the whole text box beyond view -- well, at least it does on my resolution (1024x768).
I think as long as warriors stick together, these zoom maps might work. If they do not stay close together, I may be able to split the zoom maps into two or three different pictures (demonstrated in the second reply below.

Re: Testing Board Section and Monster Sizes
This second map stretches the text box beyond my screen, requiring that I scroll back and forth both for viewing the entire zoom map and for reading this text.

Re: Testing Board Section and Monster Sizes
I am thinking that this last method is what I should use if the warrior's postioning and the map layout require more zoom map space. Of course, a third possibility (illustrated in the next reply) is to shrink the zoom map whenever this happens, but that would lessen the quality of the smaller images in the maps.

Re: Testing Board Section and Monster Sizes
The final example, for now anyway. This is the zoom map with less zoom to accomodate the larger area.
I viewed these with my screen adjusted to 800x600 resolution. I prefer the first zoom map at the top of this topic and these last two lesser zoom maps.
About 75% of the original map above:
About 60% of the original map above:

75 or 60% looks best to me.
Sure hope those warriors are packing strong magical artefacts
